Our Terms and Conditions

Reservation

The reservation becomes firm when we receive a deposit corresponding to 30% of the rental amount.

Settlement of the balance

For a direct booking, the balance will be settled on the day of your arrival.

Cancelation

As a general rule, the deposit remains with the manager. However, if the stay has been resold under the same conditions, the client will be able to postpone their stay.

No right of withdrawal

For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet,

The tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-20-4 of the consumer code relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.

Late registration

If registration is made less than 10 days before the start of the stay, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Tourist tax

A tourist tax will be payable. It amounts to €1.10 per adult per night and will be paid to the community of municipalities of the Southern Vosges.
