Until when can I make a reservation?
You can book up to two days before the start of your rental.
When do I need to make the payment?
Your booking will be confirmed once the 30% deposit has been paid. The balance will be due upon arrival. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Will I have to pay additional charges?
8 kWh/day are included in the rental price. Any excess consumption will be charged upon your departure, at the current EDF rate. An electricity meter reading will be taken during the check-in and check-out inspections. A tourist tax of €1.10 per night per adult will be applied. This tax will be paid by the owner to the Communauté de Communes des Vosges du Sud (CCVS).
Caution: A security deposit of one thousand euros will be required. It will not be cashed and will be returned upon your departure.

When do I have to pay?
Your rental will be validated once the deposit of 30% is paid. The valance will be requested upon arrival. When it is a last minute reservation, you will have to pay the full amount of your rental at the time of booking.

Activities in the surrounding area
Thanks to our local partnerships, you can enjoy a variety of activities at preferential rates! For horse lovers, just 700 meters from the gîte, the Écurie de l'Hélienne offers pony rides for children aged 3 to 13 and horseback riding for adults. Olivier, a mountain guide, offers hikes on various trails of varying lengths and difficulties, snowshoeing through meadows and forests, hiking and bivouacking (spending a night in nature in a hammock after a hike on the Ballon d'Alsace), and even an electric mountain bike tour on the Plateau des Mille Étangs (Plateau of 1000 Ponds) and the surrounding valleys of the Ballon d'Alsace.
A modern and welcoming cottage
You can stay at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace mountain in a brand new, non-smoking, bright, and spacious (107 m²) apartment. Very well-equipped, it comprises two bedrooms with king-size beds, with direct access to the bathroom which includes a washing machine and dryer. The apartment also features a living room with a sofa bed, baby equipment (on request, at no extra charge), games, and books. Outside, you will have access to private amenities, including a garage with a video alarm, parking, a pétanque court, a relaxation area, and a dining area with a barbecue. Electric vehicle charging stations are located 200 meters away. Located in a charming village, it's a haven for hikers, motorcyclists, and cyclists. Numerous activities are available nearby (fishing, golf, winter sports, mountain biking, etc.). All shops are 1.5 km away, as are farm inns.
